2. BRITISH and WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP RIDER TRAINING

   Hi,

   I have confirmed a date of the 17th August,for a training day with Mark Hucklebridge.

   We will be using either Crediton or Combe Martin

   Mark will travel down from wilshire and take 10 schoolboy riders for a days intense training, giving you the benefit of his years of experience.

   By watching your riding he will aim to improve your skills and speed ,jumps and starts.

   If we have enough interest we could take a maximum of 20 riders including AMX/OPEN riders where Brian Wheeler would also train and help.

   Mark is a Bsma and ACU acadamy certified coach and has had first aid training

   Cost will be no more than £70 dependent on rider numbers and or the track used

   Here are the sat nav coordinates for Crediton:- N 50.78339

   W 03.67815

   As always, these take you to the point where you leave the public road and join the track that leads to the event.

   For anyone thinking of taking their kid out racing for the first time, Crediton is an excellent place. Spectators can see the whole of the track and no steep hills.

   Hoping to see you all there for at least one of the days

12. Hello everyone

    Unfortunately, Honiton is one of the few tracks I can't supply sat nav coordinates for. Some of the satellite images on google are quite old and don't show the newer tracks and I've never been there myself. As well as the post code EX14 9NP I have seen EX14 9NN used to describe its location.

13. Hello, a big thankyou to all for the concern for alex at whiteway, he has stitches in his knee, bumps and bruises, and suspected broken bone in his arm/elbow but the hospital wont be sure till we go back to the fracture clinic ?

    But hes still smiling as normal.

18. Well done to all those who rode yesterday and to those who have qualifed for the finals. Just one point a lot of riders, dads etc were commenting on why the track kept needed to be watered. We have enough wet days so it is good to have a dry dusty track occasionally. Damping down to keep dust levels okay is fine but swamping the track before races, especially the AMX group, seemed unnecessary. A good day though

25. Hello,

    I have sat nav coordinates for most of the tracks South West Motocross Club visits. The coordinates will take you to the entrance to the field where the event is.

    I'll put the coordinates on the guest book in the week prior to the event.

    Coordinates for Tiverton are North 50.91880 West 03.41166.

    If you wish to check the coordinates and get a view of the track, you can put them in to Google maps but you have to put a minus sign before the 2nd coordinate and seperate the coordinates with a comma, ie for Tiverton, put 50.91880,-03.41166

    If you go onto the "tracks" page under fixtures there is a link to google maps and some simple steps, it will show you how to get from your post code to another postcode. So if you put in the Wrangaton postcode (TQ10 9HA) you should get directions.

97. Great presentation evening - lovely atmosphere - good to see different 'mike' presenters to keep it all fresh - an inspired idea. The evening reflected the hard work carried out all year - so well done to Nick and ALL the committee. Wishing the club continued success.

Just got back from the presentation.what a great weekend.well done to everyone who bought it together.the venue was great with everything that was needed on hand for the kids.well done to all the speakers who gave out the trophys.not the easiest job to do so well done all.and a good guest rider as well.see you all at denbury so till then.NICE ONE SOUTHWEST (BRILL)

100. WHAT A NIGHT! I hope everyone had a good night at the presentation,i would like to thank all the people who were involved in setting up and running the night,venue was good ,food was good,beer was fairly priced and finally the company was excellent,SEE YOU ALL AT DENBURY.
